Welcome to HR Quizzes. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

HR Quizzes provides tailored quiz creation and management services to enhance HR processes. Our pricing structure is as follows:

• Setup: £50 per quiz, each containing 10 questions.
• Usage Fee: £2.00 per instance of quiz play and report.

• Online support for quiz participants.
• Real-time reporting access for HR administrators.
• Monthly hard-copy reports for admin departments.
• Free lifetime upgrades and amendments to quizzes.

HR Quizzes will issue monthly invoices for all services rendered, with payment due within 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees as stipulated in the invoice.

All quizzes created under contract with HR Quizzes are copyrighted to the commissioning company. HR Quizzes retains no ownership rights over commissioned quiz content. However, HR Quizzes retains all copyright and intellectual property rights over website content, including blogs and general information.

HR Quizzes respects your privacy. We only collect essential participant information, including first name, last name and quiz participation details. No additional personal data is required or stored. Data is managed per applicable data protection laws to maintain privacy and confidentiality.

HR Quizzes provides services “as-is” and does not make any express or implied guarantees regarding quiz customisation, outcomes, or HR efficacy. Each quiz is designed to meet the specific requirements of the commissioning company; but results may vary based on individual use.

HR Quizzes is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our quizzes or services. Our total liability under any provision shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer.

HR Quizzes reserves the right to modify or terminate services or these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of substantial changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
